Critical clarifications:
1. We never evade responsibility, but 100% refund demand for 0.01% loss is commercially unreasonable.
2. The alleged "wrong packaging" stemmed from: We proposed urgent repackaging and new batch production, both rejected by your "unacceptable timeline" comment . To prevent sales delay, we proactively shipped specialized inner bags for your adjustment.
3. We have consistently sent solutions and engaged in discussions, but you persistently refused to communicate.
Business cooperation requires mutual goodwill. We have demonstrated full sincerity in resolving this issue and demand cessation of false accusations.
